MCC Land

In 2010, MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd was established to undertake real estate development in Singapore and the surrounding regions for China Metallurgical Group Corporation. As the representative for the group’s joint-stock company, it is also responsible for the business activities in Singapore. The company has been ranked among the Top Ten Property Developers in Singapore for four consecutive years and has received Asia’s Top Influential Brand Award as well as Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) Global Brands Award.

MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd has developed 17 commercial and residential complexes, private condominiums, executive condominiums, and other real estate projects in Singapore through sole proprietorship, joint venture and management, with more than 8,000 residential units and a total saleable area of over 600,000 square meters, ‘transforming lives’ for millions of owners in a limited space.

Kingsford Development

Kingsford Development Pte Ltd (“Kingsford Development”), incorporated in Singapore in 2011, is a subsidiary of the Kingsford Group which is involved in various businesses including real estate development, property management and manufacturing. The Kingsford Group’s real estate operations span China and Australia, focusing on commercial and residential properties.

Recognising the potential in Singapore’s property market, Kingsford Development commenced property development in 2012 with Kingsford Hillview Peak, a 512-unit condominium at Hillview Avenue. It then went on to develop Kingsford Waterbay, a residential development at Upper Serangoon View comprising a 1,165-unit condominium, retail shops and a childcare centre. Kingsford Development is currently developing Normanton Park, a residential development comprising a 1,862-unit condominium with retail shops.

Kingsford Development won the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Global Brands in 2019 organised by Association of Small & Medium Enterprises.
